The story of Evoluciona started as an idea in the minds of a team of visionaries before developing into a reference in innovation and digital BPO.
Evoluciona was born in Spain, 2015, by the hands and minds of a group of CX experts that aimed to radically change how customer interactions were managed by blending innovative technology, human empathy and business acumen.
In 2022, the integration into the Intelcia family propelled Evoluciona forward, elevating Intelcia’s digital BPO capabilities while supercharging Evoluciona with Intelcia's extensive knowledge base, talent pool, and global reach.
